에어필터 생산 공정은 설계, 소재 선택, 가공, 조립, 품질 검사 등 주요 단계를 포함하며, 필터 엘리먼트 생산이 핵심입니다. 필터 요소 재료는 높은 여과 성능을 가져야 합니다(예: 기공 크기가 0.3-0.4μm인 종이 또는 유리 섬유). 재단, 접기 등의 전처리를 거쳐 본딩이나 스티칭 등을 통해 성형됩니다. 이후 펀칭과 엣지 프레싱을 진행하여 통기성(공기 저항 50Pa 이하)과 내구성을 강화하였습니다. 조립 단계에서 하우징과 필터 요소 사이에 밀봉이 보장되어야 합니다(누출률<1%).
